Your plans are then submitted to the City/County building department for permitting.

We recently completed this ADU in the Cardiff area. This project was a 2 car garage conversion of about 400 sq. ft. The homeowner added a solar system and moved the electrical underground during the project. We added a fenced patio area, trash enclosure and gate. Approximate Project Cost $146,000.
